Do you mean Vaio Gate? You can find it here:
Sony eSupport - Electronics -
Ah no, its not about that.
The button with the two screens on it will arrange all opened windows when its pressed. (But only if the Vaio Window Organizer is installed)
I dont know where to get that software from.
There might be more stuff that i somehow missed. Maybe its included within another package, but i just dont know.

Could be that it is part of Vaio Control Center? Try installing the Notebook Utilities. I'm just guessing...
-
Yes it's part of notebook utilities package.

Cool, looks like the servers are overloaded now, I'll try again later. How did you find this btw?
I've got that but it's not showing up. Now Magnifier is assigned to that button, having the window organizer would be more useful to me... -
I extracted it from recovery partition

It works! Fantastic, +rep

I searched for so long, just didnt find anything on the net.
Finally, THANK YOU!
I think there is even more software that sony does not release on the web. But since i do not have my recovery software anymore, i will never find out...
EDIT:
But there is an other thing: Desktop background for long battery use. Where do i have to place them? (i do not have the sony ones)

All Sony wallpapers are located in the C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Sony -

I don't have the optical drive, so instead of being an 'Eject' button, it's now programmable.
We don't have that Sony directory, maybe you can post the pics online?

I want to replace DVD on Newmodeus caddy too. But I don't know what HDD to choose yet

See extracting path in .txt files. After folders will be extracted you can install VAIO Theme from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization -
Thank you very much! Slowly the gap is closing.

As everyone is sharing sony stuff on this thread I'll take the chance and ask if anyone can share the original Vaio Z11 or Z12 Windows 7 Logon screen (the screen where you put your windows password).
The image is located at C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds

Hey guys!
I did a fresh install here and forgot to backup this image.
I need the new backgrounddefault.jpg from the original Vaio VPC-Z21 (VAIO Z 2011) Windows 7 Logon screen.

Anyone know how to launch the Vaio window manager manually, rather than having it mapped on a specific button? I'd love to be able to map, e.g., windows tab to it. It is one of the nicer "task managers" I've found, and I've been looking for a long time...
I wish Windows would just release something like Expose/Mission Control. What's up with that, Microsoft? -
Can anyone re-upload the file? Desperate!
-
Anyone? Just purchased a Z13 that had a clean install performed on it...
-
Anyone??? Please help. Negotiable Paypal reward.
-
same here.... searching the "VAIO windows organizer"...
