anyway, the fingerprint sensor is working properly after started the windows, but you have to wait for one or two second, the logon screen with protector suite will show "please wait...".
I am new to the forum, does anyone know about the issuses? or have any idea to fix it?

Today, I did a third time clean installation of win7 x64 ultimate 16385 EN version, from a different DVD source.
same problem was happaned. and I was also try to download the UPEK driver from official UPEK website, it has a newer version driver.
UPEK 1.3.0.214 2009/10/26 for win7 x64
still has same problem, The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device USB\VID_147E&PID_1000\5&899163b&0&1.

I am not quite sure if this helps since I did not look too much into this. I am using the Z (45x) with Win7 ultimate 64bit.
When I upgraded to the Sony driver, I noticed that the UPEK PS did override the built-in fingerprint (biometric) support of Win7 (e.g. login changed and finger print sensor was not listed under biometric devices even after installing it properly; here is an images how the default windows fingerprint login looks like...).
Basically I wanted to "see" as little of it as possible... during the RC period I was using the PS and drivers offered on the UPEK website. And apparently I was not aware that there are different versions of it because I received this answer to my "UPEK PS vs. Windows integration problem":
"There are basically two different branches of PS 2009. One that supports the Windows 7 WBF technology (we call it WinBio) and one that is communicating with the sensor through the legacy drivers (we call it legacy).
The WinBio version integrates perfectly with the WBF, but also brings some limitations: enrollment to device is not possible, multi-factor authentication (including) is not possible, scrolling feature is not supported, etc, etc. These functions are not available in this version because WBF doesn't support them.
The legacy version uses the standard approach for logon via Credential Providers and as WBF doesn't come into the game, there are no other limitations.
It is ultimately up to you which version you prefer, the license key will work for both.
Latest WinBio version of PS 2009 can be downloaded here:
http://www.upek.com/support/downloads/windows7/learnmorew7.asp
WBF drivers:

Latest legacy version of PS 2009 can be downloaded here:
http://www.upek.com/support/downloads/windows7/legacy/
Legacy drivers:

You might want to try the specified drivers with the fittin win7 version...
Maybe this helps. -
I am very appreciated for your help, this helps me so much. finally I was installed with Legacy version of PS2009 and drivers, everything works perfect.
Well, I think the sony official winbio version driver defenitley has this issue with win7.
Thanks again. -
Well, I also noticed if I am using sony official win7 x64 winbio version driver, the BIO Device was not shown in the Devices and Printers, I checked some doc from microsoft website, it looks system consider the BIO USB device as a removal external device.
So, it can be changed override to internal non-removal device in the regedit, after reboot the system, the bio icon was appeared, however, the system log still show
The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device USB\VID_147E&PID_1000\5&899163b&0&1.
change device override:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceOverrides\USB#VID_147E&PID_1000\LocationPaths\*]
"Removable"=dword:00000001 -
