Can you guys please take a look at this youtube video:

I'm beginning to wonder. It seems only the 1920 resolution Z has the 96 percent adobe RGB. The screen seems a lot more colorful.

So first the SSD issue, and now this

Thank god they didn't offer the much higher quality full HD screen in North America because nobody on this continent would pay more for that (oh wait, they do-only it's $2500 more)

    Seriously what were they thinking?

It seems like the perfect resolution for that laptop... I mean the laptop is already a marvel, why make people pay more for an enhanced version of an enhanced 13 inch laptop? Give people 1080p standard!!

Not quite - in Canada, we can't even get the Signature model, so no possibility of the HD screen here (maybe late summer/early fall). Be thankful you at least have a choice :)

Well, to be fair, it's only about $450 more between the top-spec'd CTO and the Signature model with the HD screen. I guess they had to try to justify the price premium on the signature model beyond just the glossy lid.

I hope Sony's just milking US customers and will offer FullHD option ASAP. Anyway, actual difference in quality still remains to be seen.

Meh, the new Z's standard screen's *got* to be lightyears better than the 1280x800 model in my current SZ.

I'm trying not to miss the lask of the high res screen in Canada. :)
