Got a call from a client who says she has lines running all over the screen of her 3 year old Sony VAIO. She says it gets worse the longer she runs it, it's fine in the morning after its been off all night. I told her it sounds like heat, and I might solve it by just taking off the keyboard and cleaning out the cooling system and the heat sink on the video chip.

Now I get on the Sony site and there are no instructions in how to take off the keyboard, or much of anything else. I hate taking apart laptops with no directions....anyone know how I can get some repair info on a VAIO PCG V1ZA? I Googled and didn't see much.
