    Sony Laptop VGN-AR830E

Is there anyway to get Vista 64 bit running with function key support?
The windows Vista 64 bit runs perfectly, but the function keys do not work... I have no driver problems, except the ones that make the function keys work..

This is ridiculous, how can they not create a driver for Vista 64 bit to make your function keys work? Everything else is working fine.....

I think people had the same problem on other Sony laptops.

    One honest question:
Why would you want Vista 64 Bit on an AR anyway? 4GB of RAM max of which 1GB is used for graphics memory.

But getting back to your function keys - these are the Fn keys, right?

I just wonder - has anybody ever tried the keyboard manufacturer?
