Hi, everyone!
I've a problem with my laptop Sony VAIO VGN-CS320J (I bought it in US, in summer 2009), and I would be really thankful If you help me by good advice.
First my laptop just turned off because of hot weather.. Finally, he got that terrible noise. I found out that there is a defect in cooling system for CPU in line of those laptops.
Unfortunately, I had no ability to use a special service centre, so I tried to fix that FAN noise by myself.
Now it's less noisy, but I've got another problem. When I turn on my laptop, the fan starts to work for a few seconds, then it suddenly stops and... when CPU's temperature increases, the fan starts to work again, but it's too late - the laptop just turns off because of high temperature.
Yeah, may be I broke it while fixing that noise..But I got the problem with turning off (because of hot weather) BEFORE I even took apart my laptop! It just wasn't too often that time in compare with this case.
What do you think, how to fix it?
Is it possible to force the fan to work all the time? or at least to start earlier? because it looks like the fan "is trying" to safe energy or resources, but it can't do that correctly
May be an external cooling system will be a good decision for my problem?
Hope, you'll share your experience![]()
Best regards, Vitaliy
