    Hello everyone!

I've got a problem with my webcam to which I can't find any solution...
Everytime I do a video conversation in Windows Live Messenger, the person I'm talking to is able to see me, but I don't see her... The space where her webcam should be displayed stays white and says that it's still downloading... but nothing happens... (and at the bottom of the conversation video is written that the connection is established)
Do I have to download something? Is it due to vista? (I don't think so because my sister's got the same problem but she has windows xp...) We can't figure out what the problem is, could anyone help us please?

    Thanks
