This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I recently bought this laptop, and it's been in use for over 2 weeks now. I have suddenly experienced a screen malfunction!!

    For the past two days, there have been blue specks flickering on my screen! I first noticed this when I left my laptop on for about an hour unattended and it went into screen saver mode, once I came back... the screen was full of the blue specks!!!

    Can someone tell me why this is happening and how I can fix/avoid the problem???
