On my VGN-FW290 with VIsta 64 I got a google virus and when I try to bootup my computer. VAIO screen appears, then there is horizontal flashing line appears and performs three carriage returns and sits there flashing. I tried putting in a Windows 7 install disk and it still detects my vista-64 bit system. My vista recovery wants to wipe out my previously installed programs. Is there a way to fix the bootup or a way to load the vista operating system without losing my other programs. I just need to boot it up one more time to unregister a program.
