Well I recently replaced the screen on my FW292 because my old one was cracked, and after plugging everything in and reassembling it, the new screen powered on but did not display anything. The computer still works fine, and I can use an external monitor (which is what I've been doing since my screen broke anyways), but it just wasn't outputting video.

At first I thought that the video cable may have come unplugged when I reassembled the computer, but I just now took the screen apart and discovered the connector securely taped in place like I left it. And as far as I know, the part I ordered was the same as the one that came with my screen (same resolution, back light power, etc).

So...does anyone know what would be causing this?
