Hi there. I am currently looking around for some help. It appears that my sata controller(I do believe this is wha tit is I think) has gone out on my laptop. From what it looks like, it cannot be replaced without replacing the whole motherboard. I haven't had any luck with finding cheap replacements for this, but am coming to you for help. I'm also including a screenshot of what happens when the computer trys to get booted up. Any help is appreciated.
I don't have any devices connected to the laptop other than the power cord, so it can't be an I/O device that gets connected to the laptop.

What OS are you using?
________
Take out the harddrive, go in BIOS, and Boot from USB. If this works then that means the hardrive works. And try using another hardrive on the internal SATA and install a OS on it.
