    I bought a VGN-FZ190E and I'll downgrade to Windows XP SP2. Where I can find to download the drivers and utilities for the Windows XP?

    Use the searchbox at the top of the page. Tjis has been asked and answered NUMEROUS times here. You will be able to find the drivers, but NOT the utitilites. Therefore you won't have any function keys or power management.
