    VGN-NR10E Freezing/Crash

    Just got this laptop for christmas and was working fine till a few days ago, and yesterday especially, where after a while the screen will freeze up and im unable to get into anything, even task manager to try and sort it, so I have no choice but to shut down and restart, which gets really annoying! Nothing comes up to tell me what it might be, but it generally seems to happen when on the internet, and browsing. I've done all the hardware tests and other stuff but it says everythings fine.

    Does anyone know what might be wrong?
