    Hello everyone!

I'd like some help regarding VGN-NS240E and Windows XP. I've decided to change Vista with XP but I keep getting a BSOD at the first part of the installation. My guess is that it has to do with SATA HDD as I had the some problem with my desktop. However the desktop worked fine by changing the SATA Type (within BIOS) from SATA to IDE. I couldn't find this option at the VAIO. Any ideas will be appreciated!!!

    Kanenas3,

I'm thinking of buying a VGN-NS240E but don't want Vista. Did you have any luck with the upgrade to XP?

    Thanks,
