    Hi guys,

I am looking to upgrade my 2x256 mb 333 mhz modules, so I was wondering if 2x512 mb 400mhz (DDR II) would work?

    Thanks.

You should buy a microdimm stick, not the standard sodimm. Also, I believe S150 uses pc2700 ddr modules, not ddr2. I recommend you buying two sticks of 1gb microdimm, if you want to see real boost in performance.

I know it is microdimm and I know s150 is pc2700. this is my question: will ddr II (pc 3200) work?

ok, don't bother. i found the answer myself. ddr II is not backward compatible.
