VGN-SZ55GN OEM Windows

Hey guys. This is my mom's laptop and I am trying to fix it. It is always failing to re-install windows (vista business) the countless times I tried it. I guess the recovery partition is already corrupted. I also dismantled it already and cleaned everything, repasted, etc.

Then I tried to setup windows using my W7 Home Premium installation disk from Dell just to check if there are some problems and it setup flawlessly.

Now the laptop is working properly but the windows is not activated because its for another computer.

My question is, is there a site where I can download the OEM Windows Vista Business that comes with the laptop so I can use its own product key?

I bought this laptop when I was in Dubai, support drivers are only available from Asia-pacific website. There are some Vaio patch updates but there is nothing for the OS download.
