Right, I got my SZ61WN/C yesterday, and I LOVE the thing! No yellow banding or anything wrong with it...however, when I leave it alone to a wee while, it will be in sleep when I come back!

I have tried changing every setting I can think of from within VISTA, but it still does it! And it ONLY does it when left doing nothing. I can use it for hours on end and it will be fine, but if I leave it alone for about 30 minutes, it will be asleep by the time I come back!

Can anyone shed any light on this issue?? Its starting to annoy me now!

"I have tried changing every setting I can think of" --> could you give some examples?

every single option in the VISTA "advanced power settings" menu for the power plan that I am using to ensure that the HDD is NEVER shut down, and the PC NEVER goes into hibernation or sleep...even had a look within the BIOS, but that was no use!

Is there any other setting that I can change?
