    Hi guys,

I have Win7 running on my VGN-TZ21VN and since Sony, sucky as they are, is not supporting Win7 for VGN-TZ21VN, my webcam is not working.
Any ideas how to make it work?

You could try downloading a webcam driver from the support site for a more recent machine. The Vaio TT was the replacement for your machine, I believe, so might have the same camera in it.

Here's the site for drivers for that machine:
    Sony eSupport - VGN-TT299P - Software Updates & Drivers

There seems to be some kind of webcam companion software listed. Try installing that... Or try looking for another similar machine in which when you select Win7 for OS, an actual driver is listed, and not some program...

Not having the machine in front of me to play with, and being away from my home Win7 box, I am not in much of a position to help further, but that's the way I'd proceed.
