    Where are you seeing this Celeron CPU? And as for the smaller hard drive, 80GB is the second largest 1.8" hard drive on the market. The higher end models probably have 2GB memory and the 100GB hard drive.

    I think this is more expensive because it is not yet sold in the US.

    well, i sure hope TZ will be under 2,500 in U.S. I will get one once it is under 2k

    The cheapest TX on the web is just right below $2k, so you won't see the TZ for under $2k anytime soon. That is actually pretty pricey considering it only has the 80gig option and a celeron cpu.
