    As lots of users whit this model of VAIO I've flashed myself the Advanced BIOS it wasn't very hard to do it but since i made it i hadn't seen any explanations about all the features of this BIOS and how to configure them so that your notebook will have the best performance,many of you just did this to be able to install the latest nVidia driver but there are lots of other configurations that you can do with the help of this advance menu!I toled myself it's a pity that we didn't made an explanation of all the settings & configurations so that's why i started to do this thread,and with the help of those who know and have the information about configurations/option of this please share whit us :D
