    Hi There!

I am wondering how I can update my GT330M to a driver version beyond 188.80 which is the currently installed driver.

Secondly does anyone else think the sound quality on this notebook is horrible? Is there a setting I can change to take away the tinny sound that comes from the speakers?

Lastly, will the i7 version play CiV5 ok?

    Many thanks in advance.

    For drivers check this thread.

Sound Quality is just fine. After all its a laptop and a small one at that. Might want to just fiddle with the sound enhancements and see what works best for you.

The Z should be able to play Civ5 just fine. :)
I haven't installed the game myself so can't give you any specific details but it should run fine.

nvidia driver can be upgraded from the thread mentioned above. The sound is fairly average tho. Say ''average phone'' like.

I played Civ5 on the just fine, of course the game started to lag when I played too long, but this is the game's problem and has nothing to do with the Vaio Z.

Even my desktop rig with i7 and SSD would have extremely long load times for ending each turn late game.
