    VPC-Z11 Brightness Control Problem

    Does anyone can't setting brightness level after used a laptop for a period of time ?

    I'm not sure what problem come from but after i used laptop for hours switch graphics mode 1-2 times. I end up with i can't set the brightness level anymore(both FN keys and in Power Options). Also notice that ambient light sensor did not trigger backlit keyboard when i keep the sensor dark too.

    Only solution for me is reboot machine and everything comeback to the normal condition. I have tried recovery, clean install windows, turn on/off auto brightness setting but the problem is still and happen many many times.

    So i'm wondering this cause from hardware or software problem please tell me if someone facing same problem with me my model is Z117GG 1080p Screen.
