Hey guys, so my Z should be coming in in a couple of hours (super excited!), just wondering what are good cooling options i should consider? like a laptop fan or something like that when i decide to play games. I dunno if it actually does heat up alot, but i wanna keep this system in good shape.

As long as your ambient temps are reasonable I wouldn't screw with a cooler.

^I agree with beaups. There was another forum member having random crashes that possibly could have been related to his cooler. Some coolers can actually worsen the heating situation for laptops depending on the design of the cooler and the design of the laptop's heat sink(s).

The Z's cooling system is very impressive. You can put it under heavy load with an overclocked GPU and the components don't get close to throttling levels. But beaups has a good point that that is when you have ideal ambient temperatures. What kind of ambient temperatures are you expecting to operate the system in?

Which one did you get and at what price? Looking forward to read your experience with your new Z.
