Hi, making my first post here.

I've just assembled my z13 again after cleaning and lubricating the fan, but after startup i notice that my wireless doesnt work, and there is no light coming from the diode below the switch either. Neither the bluetooth, WLAN or WAN can be turned on at this point. I diLasseble again, doesnt find any obvious error so I connect the keyboard, fit the battery and fire it up while having the keyboard still open.

The light comes on and it starts working, but it turns out that everytime I try to fit the keyboard, the wireless stops working, and it appears everytime the motherboard is pushed down - it is like there were some kind of short circuit under the motherboard when its pushed. After lifting it up again I still cant see anything wrong.

Anyone here had a similar experience?

    Cheers,

the wlan board is at the bottom right of the keybaord (under the ODD and right of the SSD's). I'd check that that is fine.

Seems like the flat wire to the optical drive and the wlan board is damaged...plus the flat wire going to the keyboard has been damaged too by pulling it on and off too many times.... not exactly cheap items :(
