I am just wondering a few things,
    I clean installed ultamate,
and installed all the sony drivers,

Everything seems t be working fine, I am just wondering if anyone knows what the toolbar app is that comes on the base installed software, the thingy at the top of the screen.

    Thanks everyne in advance,

I am also wondering, are there any new drivers for this baby?

Any tweaks I should know about?

As for anyone doing a clean install, all I did was install 7, then went into the old windows folder, under drivers, there are all the basic drivers you need, then after those I downloaded all the rest off there support site.

    Working:
all fn keys, Video switch and all other switches.

    Thanks again everyone

its called Vaio Gate. i dont use it personally.

maybe go into msconfig and have a look at the startup tab, i had lots of sony and other stuff in there that i didnt need to slow down my boot time and hog memory.

then i went out and bought 8GB ram anyway, lol!
