I have a VPCSB18GG that fell down the stairs, the LCD is busted and the back lid that keeps the HDD and ram closed also broke. My questions is when i picked up the laptop there was no ram installed in the slot, the laptop does not boot.. Does the VPCSB18GG come with on-board memory or did the ram fall out of the slot with the impact ?
