    I have made a Win7 x64 clean install on my VPCZ1 Core i7.
    The files and drivers extracted from recovery partition work well, but there is one file named "ReadyBoot2000.reg" , which i don't know what it does?

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\rdyboost\Parameters]
    "PendIoNumThreshold"=dword:000007D0
    Does anyone know if it's necessary to execute this reg file?

    Probably sets ReadyBoot to what Sony deems optimal for SSD and managing boot times. I would execute it if you want an OEM experience. If you prefer to tweak, I would read up on SSDs and decide what what type of settings you want for prefetch, superfetch, readyboot, etc.
