Got a new Z122GX and I'm loving it except for when it totally locks up on me. Mouse doesn't move, only hard power button will do anything. I go onto VAIO Care today and run the "One Click Care" and it says on the report, on the "Updates" page, under "Self Heal" that 'You have 1 patches that may fix your computer's recent crashes."

So I install it, and so far no crashes. I have no idea what a "Self Heal" is except from the Sony KB:

Is there any way to determine what the self heal patch that was installed was?
