    Hi guys ,
I see in many threads here that you're talking about a "Recovery CD(s) " that should come with the laptop .
I bought my notebook at BestBuy , but I did not got any CD with it ( and not even a User Guide ) .

Should I ask Sony for a Recovery CD or should I download it from the web ?

    Thanks !

Recovery CDs/DVDs do NOT come with Sony computers.
You can make a set using the VAIO Recovery Center on your computer.
If you go to Sony for these discs they will charge you.
