Seriously, it's really hard to understand what you're trying to say when you don't use comma or full-stop. Please please please explain things again. And can you please be more detail, like what OS and what components do you have in your machine.

Model: VGN-FZ140E/B
Intel® Core2 Duo mobile processor T7250; 1.8GB DDR2 memory; DL DVD±RW/CD-RW drive; 15.4" widescreen; 200GB hard drive; built-in Web cam; Windows Vista Home Premium
this is my laptop and i have problem about the built in web cam with the programs such as skype, windows live messenger.
i have tried the way of disabling and enabling the camera from device manager ,but it is not a permanent solution and also my built in mmc/sd car dreader is not workin too
i think it is clear now sorry for hurry message -
I've also got the Sony Vaio VGN-FZ140E with the exact same problem. When I try to use the camera on Windows Live messenger I get the message that tells me Windows cannot connect to the camera and that another program is using it.
I have no idea how to fix it cause I'm not using the camera with another program.. It just stopped working one day and now the same things keeps coming up. And If that doesn't happen, the camera appears to work but will show a black screen.
It's really quite frustrating.. Took a while to find a forum that was discussing this issue. If anyone can shed some light on this problem I'd much appreciate it... -
Hello
For the camera disable it by going msconfig-startup tab disable VCCU (Vaio camera capture utility) after that restart and try your camera again. -
Thanks for the suggestion... but I tried that and it still doesn't work. Also, when I open the Vaio Camera Capture Utility I get "An attempt to initialize the camera failed. Please check if another software is using the camera". So I don't think the VCCU is the problem.
Recently I've noticed that the camera works after I've just turned on the laptop but after a while it stops working which leads me to assume a software I'm using or running in the background is messing with the camera but I've got no idea what to do about it.
Any other ideas??
