Ok. Now, I can honestly say that this stumps me. I've disabled all the "wake-on" options, and fixed the power prefs to where technically it shouldn't be doing this, but when on battery power when I close the lid it goes to sleep, but then about 30mins later, it wakes back up (with the lid still closed) and proceeds to go into hibernation mode after about 15-20 mins. I have no clue whats waking it up because I just did a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit with nothing but stock drivers and the "Sony Firmware Parser something or other on windows update". What worries me is if it's in my backpack and wakes up, and proceeds to go into meltdown mode because it can't properly ventilate itself. Anyone have any ideas? I've seen this mentioned in some other posts but i've not come across any fixes.

I've had an issue like this with a desktop computer, what I did to fix it was go into device manager and went to my ethernet device and turned off "wake on lan" or something like that. After that it did not do that anymore.
