The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Vaio Control Center - Where is it on Recovery?

    I did a clean install and thought I loaded Vaio Control Center, but it is not there. What Program in Recovery re-loads it? I installed "Setting Utility Series" but that did not bring it back - or at least the main Vaio Control Center app is not in the Control Panel. Nothing else in the list seems to point to it.

    Found it - the link to the app is in Gary's original FZ clean install doc. Right under my nose!
