I accidentally plugged a USB that has input power and next thing you know, my backlight is no longer working.

Although, I can still connect my laptop with an HDMI and when I touch the screen it works fine. So the only problem is the screen has no light.

Next problem, under the laptop (under the usb plug) it over heats quickly

What should I do to fix the problem. I already unscrewed the whole laptop, can't seem to figure it out :3

No idea about the overheating, but the backlight might be fixable if it is just the fuse thatt has blown. If you search for backlight in the forum you'll see other people who had that problem on other vaio laptops (mainly from tinkering with the laptop without unplugging the battery first). Maybe someone might be able to tell you where the fuse is in the Duo 11.

I've never done this but typically the advice is just bridge (short-circuit) the fuse. Obviously the fuse is there for a reason, so you could damage your display afterwards if something happens that would normally cause the fuse to blow. However, that is what people have done. Do it at your own risk! It's certainly not something I would attempt!
