I have a sony vaio PCG-V505DX that i bought off a friend. It works fine but I like to play games and the graphics card that i have in it right now (Mobility? Radeon? 9200) doesnt handle my games well. I have 2 questions. Can i change my graphics card, and if so what is the best card i can get?

    Thank You.

No, unfortunately you can not upgrade to upgrade the graphics. This is very common amoung notebooks, and only a very very small percentage of notebooks have upgradeable graphics, and they are often large 17" notebooks.

When will people realize that notebooks by design are not meant to be as flexible as desktops in terms of hardware in terms of upgrades? They are essentially closed systems where you can upgrade memory and hard disk, and if you're lucky, processors.

The people who want to upgrade graphics cards in laptops represent such a small percentage of the market it isn't worth it to large manufacturers to cater to them.
