A little back story. I recently purchased a "new" Vaio Duo 13 that had been a stores floor model and had been sitting in the back room for quite a while collecting dust. Unfortunately when they erased it for sale they formatted the entire drive, including the recovery partition. I called Sony a few weeks back and was told they would send me the recovery media free of charge because I bought the computer without the ability to make my own. The time window when I should have recieved the media has long since passed and I'd given them a call back. I was told that it should have been sent, but they would investigate. Still no word another week later and I'm getting frustrated as the computer works; but not fully. Installing everything on the support website still leaves me with non-existent power profiles (and I can't make a new one), no ability to calibrate the pen, among other issues.

I was hoping that someone on here could send me a copy of their recovery image so I can get this thing up and running since Sony seems to be of no help.

    My model is an SVD1322DCXW

    Thank you!
