This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Anything negative about buying a battery brand new from eBay? Is it better to get it from Sony themselves, or is outsourcing like this fine?

    I can't seem to find many good prices for the large capacity batteries on eBay (specifically for the Z series).

    Any thoughts would be helpful.
