    French website presence-pc.com just published a test of the new Vaio FE11S
    SONY VAIO VGN-FE11S - Core Duo T2400 1 GB 160 GB 15.4" TFT DVD±RW DL WXPMCE

    Verdict: Everything appears improved from the FS serie!


    - Better hergonomics
    - Better keyboard
    - Video out
    - Integrated webcam
    - ExpressCard/34 adapter for xD, SD and MMC cards
    - Brighter screen (450 cd/m² ;) and improved color fidelity (Hitachi panel)
    - Less noisy
    - Better performances (of course ;))

    Very interesting indeed! The dual core CPU's really live up to the expectations. Battery life isn't too bad either, well done intel!

    I'm kind of dissapointed with the benchmarks of the Nvidia 7400 though, it seems like it can't match the X700 in the MSI Megabook, too bad... The new control panel looks nice though!

    How much of dedicated video memory does the GeForce 7400 (as tested) have? 64MB or 128MB?

    No, it does just support 128MB with HyperMemory.
    But I did not yet find how much of these are dedicated memory.
