    Can the GeForce GO 7600 128MB card on the FE series go up to 256 MB with TurboCache?
    Specification only say 128MB video RAM, no mention about TurboCache. Even if they don't mention it, can't the Forceware driver take extra 128MB from system memory ?

    no, Turbocache is hardware-based, it cannot be controled by any kind of softwares
