Hey guys this is my first post so please bare with me while i might mess up some "lingo". Anyways here is my question, and hopefully i can get some answers as i am completely stuck with this issue!

    1) My dvd drive is acting up. I can play DVD's no problem but when i try and stick in a CDR or CDRW or any type of CD other than a DVD it will not read. I've tried burning a couple CD's, however it will not read the blank media at all. And the same with CD's, but for some reason it will read DVD's. It also will not read any program disks either, so im kinda stuck here....?

    2) Just found out the ethernet and phone line jack on the notebook arent working either....the wireless works great, but those 2 lines are having problems also.

If anyone has any information regarding these 2 topics it is MUCH appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Ryan
