I just got a new Vaio-FW 245J/HC form Best Buy on BF. I reformated the 64bit it came with loaded with the stuff I dont need with a copy of 32 bit. Ive reformated my computer many many times with different versions of XP(Not Vista though). I downloaded all the drivers for 32 bit from Sony and extracted them and copied to a disc and installed.

Computer was working beautifully was connected and downloading at 700kb/s and wireless was great at my house. Had some time to kill after work so I took it to Panera Bread. I connected to their service no problem, but after 20 min or so my internet cuts out and it wont find a network and it says my adapter is on but the light is off. I restart and move to a different part of the restaurant. It connects and its working fine then after 15-20 minutes the same thing happens. At this point I need to be somewhere so I shut it down and take off.

I get home last night at turn it on and the wireless light is off on the front again but the computer says its on and cant find a network but my PS3 is connected to my network and so is my desktop thats right next to me. I restarted and still the light wont come on and it wont find a network. Everything was working flawlessly, but this is the only issue Ive had.
    Any Ideas?

    Sorry edited it.

Have you gone through checking the bios version and/or different driver versions? Start with any firmware upgrades then move on to different versions of the driver. I assume you have issue getting drivers from MS with your "special" version of your OS.
