I have a Vaio FW-290, and have been wondering about what acceptable temperatures for this laptop is.

    FW290
    P8600 (2.4 Ghz)
    4 GB RAM
    ATI Radeon Mobility 3650 HD

If someone could do a temperature test under the following circumstances, I would greatly appreciate it.

    1) Idle temperatures
    2) Gaming Temperatures
    3) Temperatures right AFTER closing games
    4) Temperatures while browsing internet, listening to music, and watching video files

Also, I have been wondering how to clean dust out of the system that accumulates over time. I looked through the instruction manuals, the SonyStyle website, and searched this forum, but I could not find any specifics. How can I properly get dust out? Do I need to unscrew anything? If so, where?
