Hi. I´m looking for a laptop for live audio recording, and i´m almost decided about the Vaio FW140 or maybe FW145. I´ll use it with an external firewire audio interface, and most of manufactures of those interfaces, recomend use them with Texas Instruments Firiwire chipset.
So i need to know if those models from sony have the Texas Instruments chipset to control the firewire port.

    Thanks for help.
