The initial G was available in Europe, but later iterations were Japanese only. I have a G1 and G2. Good computers.

Do those G models also suffer from the battery drain issue ?

I've never had a battery drain issue on any of my Gs, or one that I've noticed on my Z or old SZ.

I got my first G from Dynamism and the second from Conics. My Z came from Conics. The R600 is the first "domestic" computer I've owned in a long time.
