    if you still have the Vaio Care program installed in your laptop you would be able to install the Sony media gallery.

    Click on the Vaio Care and do these steps:
    View Document

    Then install Media Gallery.

    I tried to install the media gallery thiy way but it does not show up. I have a Z11X9E and i am not entirely sure if this software was included in the factory state. However, I have seen it on the newest Z in a Sony showroom. How could I get this shiny software to my notebook?

    I was wondering if anyone had any solutions as well. I configured my laptop with fresh start, and I don't think it is under VAIO care or the support website either. Is there an installation file somewhere, or could someone please post the installation file somewhere?

    I thik under fresh start it may not be installable through vaio care because the recovery disc would also be a fresh start disc with fresh start content only

    Unfortunately the update only works if a previous version is already installed.

    but you need a series of programs to operate correctly vaio media gallery, if you know which are those programs will make a list
