    Vaio NS memory speed

    I was curious about the memory speed of the NS series notebooks, specifically the NS110e and NS130e. According to the info I've found the 110 and 130 share the exact same components and use the same GL40 chipset with the only difference being the memory. The 110 comes with 2GB of DDR2 667 and the 130 3GB DDR2 800.

    My question is, if I were to buy the 110 and swap the memory for DDR2 800 would it actually run at 800MHz or would there be something (bios most likely) locking it to 667MHz?
