Hi..im having a problem using my S1/S2 buttons on my Vaio (SZ780) and was recommended by Sony to install Sony Event Services. the download apparently didnt work and they advised me to install it off my recovery dvd. however, when i enter safe mode, run the dvd, and select Application Recovery, it asks me to take my disk out, & restarts my computer. then, once i start up in normal mode again, it asks me to insert my dvd back in, and then when i do and click ok, nothing happens. how do i use this dvd? im using XP, btw....this is the XP Recovery DVD. i know the S buttons might not work on XP, but i'd like to try
