    1GB 640M
    2GB 640M LE

Is it a typo?, are they both LE, anyone know speed, shaders, etc.. fermi, keplar etc.., which one to choose for gaming and which one for video editing uncompressed HD footage

They should both say 640M LE and they are both the keplar versions I believe.

yes, they're both 640m LE Kepler-based GPUs. for gaming, 1GB VRAM is sufficient. if you want to do multi-monitor setup or intense video-editing, the 2GB version is better.

Go with the 1 GB VRAM version. The 640M LE is not a high end gaming GPU anyway.
