    Hello,

    I have a vaio s360 which uses a 16v ac adapter.

    I also have a vaio sz650 whuch uses a 19.5 ac adapter.

Can I use both adapters on both computers? Or do I run the risk of damaging them?

    Thanks much!

Yes. The DC voltage ratings should be the same or (a) it won't work (not enough volts) or (b) you will fry something (too many volts). You can, however, use an adapter with a higher current rating since the computer will only draw the current that it needs.

VGN-S300 and earlier adapters will not work... S400 series and up does.
