Anyone else having an issue with getting zapped by the laptop?

It seems resting my hand on the keyboard has worn out the paint a bit on the bottom left corner of the frame and I get a mild zap every so often if I'm not careful and rest my wrist on it.

Thinking about contacting Sony but I'm leaving the country in a week and need the laptop

the paint doesn't act as any insulator. you have more serious problems with the charging mechanism and improper grounding.
