Just a question: Sony's Vaio S2 has been popping up in Europe recently and is being delivered these days. Has anybody heard if there is still that annoying fan problem that drives anybody crazy who is used to a silent companion on the road?
Well, in Europe there are three configurations available (unfortunately they dont let you customize here...) - S2HP, S2XP and S2VP. S2HP offers Pentium-M 1,6 Ghz, CD-RW, 512 MB RAM and a 40 GB harddrive, the XP-version adds Pentium-M 2 GHz, a dvd-dual-burner, additional 512 MB RAM and a 80 GB harddrive, whle S2VP is a Sony Style Store exclusive configuration (not available yet).
    So, any opinions?
